Terms of Service

GraceLumiq is a data analytics service operated by Graceworks Group (PTY)(LTD), registered in South Africa.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using GraceLumiq on behalf of a business, that business agrees to these terms.

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to run GraceLumiq. We do not claim any ownership over files you upload or results generated from them.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the data you provide. If your data contains personal information about other people, you are responsible for complying with POPIA.

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to access other users' workspaces
• Use GraceLumiq to process data in a way that violates South African law
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without written permission

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice where possible.

Enterprise plans include a written SLA. Contact support@gracelumiq.co.za for details.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - no partial refunds. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days if the service does not work for your data.

GraceLumiq is provided as-is. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on analysis generated by the platform. You should verify important figures independently.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.

We will email you 30 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
